tej.

The best learning keepsa teacher at its heart.

Tej helps teachers see what each student understands, where they need help, and what to do next—so they can offer the right support at the right time.

THE CLASSROOM REALITY

Every student needs something different.
Teachers rarely get more time.

A score can show who struggled, but not always why. Across a full classroom, finding the exact difficulty and choosing the right next step takes time that teachers often don’t have.

Scores don’t always reveal the difficulty.

A total can show that a student struggled—not the concept, misconception, or missing step behind it.

One pace cannot meet every learner.

Students begin from different places and need different amounts of explanation, practice, and time.

Meaningful follow-up takes time.

Knowing who needs another explanation, more practice, or a check-in competes with everything else a teacher must do.

Find the smallest useful gap.

A short check suggests Asha is reading the height of a graph when she needs its slope. Now there’s a specific place to begin.

You see the difficulty and the evidence behind it.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Who is the pilot for?

Teachers, schools, and training institutions who want to explore more personal learning support with a focused student cohort. We’ll agree the subject, learning content, and scope together before starting.

How does Tej work with a teacher?

Tej uses learning checks to surface specific difficulties, guide focused practice, and build a history of learning evidence. Teachers can review student progress and respond to requests for help. Your expertise remains essential to interpreting the evidence and supporting your students.

What role does AI play?

AI helps interpret learning evidence and support the learning process, alongside reviewed questions and explanations. Its recommendations can be imperfect. Teacher feedback and checks on the quality of those recommendations are part of the pilot.

What happens when a student misses a day?

Students can adjust their available time and return to a manageable next action. Tej is designed to reconsider the plan as circumstances change, with clear stopping points for each learning session.

What information can teachers see?

Teachers have access to learning progress and help requests within their assigned teaching context. Personal companion conversations and selected personal learning challenges are not shared with teachers. We’ll walk through access and sharing boundaries with your institution before the pilot.

What information can parents see?

Tej supports teacher-led conversations about academic progress. What is shared with parents is reviewed and communicated by the institution or teacher; Tej does not automatically expose a student’s private learning activity.

How much does the pilot cost, and how long does it run?

Pilot duration, cohort size, content coverage, support, and any costs are agreed directly with each participating institution before enrolment. Start a conversation below so we can work out a useful scope together.
